Toilet smell horrible, made a complaint, no one even bothered or nor apologetic. This is the second time we had this experience here , place is very dirty , beyond imaginable … avoid this

Greenbridge Swindon.If I could give 0 I would.I brought £40 of food chicken was greasy the chicken stacker fell apart it all was uneatable.I called head office then called green bridge ask if I could put a complaint in, with a loud voice he said he wanted my phone number, I asked why he said because I hid my number I excplained my number was private he then called me a liar. I kindly explained all I wanted to do was put in a complaint he started shouting I want your number he then started calling me a liar I couldn't believe I just come home from the hospital after having treatment through i would get a takeaway and it was uneatable then to land up being abused putting me in tears .

Would give zero stars but it won't let me. Food was greasy and very unpleasant to look at, nothing like any of the pictures. When we rang to complain we were verbally abused by the staff on the phone and called a liar. He was shouting and being very rude, he also refused to give his name so we could make an official complaint about his attitide, he hung up on us, Absolutely appalling service and even worse attitude from staff in the building.I will never returnSave yourself the disappointment
Delivery drivers parked in disabled bays. Food was lukewarm and overcooked. Parts of the order were wrong, wrong sides put in wrong boxes. Honestly I know it is fast food but honestly you can't cook it all hours before it's needed!!

You kind of know what to expect from KFC restaurants, but somewhat of a surprise not to be given, or offered, any salt or serviettes with our meal. Went back to the counter and helped myself as staff are intent on dealing with orders on their screens rather than folk at the counter.Parking: Always space to park.
