Having waited 45 minutes for our afternoon tea, it wasn’t really worth the wait. The staff seemed very harassed & weren’t at all friendly. The original server didn’t smile or interact & it clearly looked like she didn’t want to be there. The afternoon tea isn’t as good as it used to be & definitely isn’t worth the money if you pay the full price. Thankfully we had a promotional offer which softened the blow. Absolutely filthy and I couldn’t place an order without giving them a table number. I’m on my own so by the time I’d given them a number someone else was sat at the table.You need enough staff to clear the tables, not nice when there’s mashed up food from the previous occupants everywhere
Arrived today to use our Group On voucher. New menu started today and is advertised in store but the Sliders (which are on the menu) were not available yet. They initially tried to say we couldn't use our voucher but we point out the deal started today, wasn't that friendly and the skillet my partner had was mainly potatoes and onion (not much meat) and felt like was just heated up, my avocado was scraped on really thinly.Overall experience is not great and would not recommend...read full review
