Never had a problem here and it shocks me to see the reviews. I’d say i’ve been here around 20 times in my lifetime and not once can I remember even a smidge of poor service or poor food. QR Code ordering is very simple and a much more modern and easier way to do things which is smooth. Pizza is always cooked to a good amount and goes down a treat. Everything in the restaurant is always clean and I’ve never had a problem here.

I had the hot honey/pepperoni pizza. It was nice, I only collected, didn't done in.The waiting area for collection was nice, the pizza was a little late but nothing too major. It was nice and fresh though.

Booked a table for 1900 drive over an hour to get here only to be told "sorry we have run out of stock and aren't actually taking any more tables".... I had a booking. At least have the decency to call me even 15minutes before my booking and not wait until I turn up to turn me away.... Shocking and have genuinely never experienced something like this! I appreciate you being busy but at least have the decency to notify your bookings, or at least hold off on walk-ins to be able to cater for your bookings.

Went during lunch, nice small one to go to so staff are very good and quick. Only thing I would suggest is during the luntime buffet they could have more veggi pizza options. But other than that, very good.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian options but you'll need to order it as they only seemed to out out two choices for vegetarian at lunch time.Parking: Parking is right outside the restaurant but as its a shopping park you'll have loads of choice for parking anyway.

Although they didn’t have the lasagna in stock, the waitress there explained clearly and offered that i have something else without charging me more for it. The customer service was damn right amazing. The waitress explained clearly where everything was, she held conversations with customers and kept communication with us at all time (letting us know when the drinks would be made, making sure the food was good etc..) was her first time making cappuccinos and my partners says its the best he has ever had. Was his first ever time going to pizza hut and what an experience for him. He definitely wants to go back. The pizza that i had was amazing, got to be the best pizza Ive had. Food was made quickly and to a very high standard. Highly recommend going.

Okay service here is great. the staff are uber friendly, so hospitable and welcoming and i enjoyed their banter.but that's the good part. the chicken wings didnt have flavor though pizza was yummy but i felt pricey for what we got. The ice cream was fun and the dessert was so rich (good if u want a sugar rush. bad if u dont) the salad bar was okay. not great. i didnt return for seconds. the disappointment was the unli drinks as the pepsis were pouring out sparkling water. overall a serviceable meal but i think i wonr return unless they improve the taste of their add ons. pizza itself is great just everything else wasnt as tasty as I remember from other branches.

Waited over 15 mins for a waitress which I had to go any find then she said had to wait till she cleaned some tables. When she finally turned up she was sullen and totally disinterested in our needs.Although it was only 1450 would not let us order from Buffet, thought it finished at 1500.Better service would have allowed us to order..we were there by 1435.Food was good but staff lacked in enthusiasm and customer relation skills.No atmosphere place was dead .only two tables with customers.Doubt I will go there again..There are plenty of other places close by to visit.

Been to a few Pizza Huts and this was the best one we've been to. The staff were friendly and engaging, the place was clean and the buffet and salad bar were kept topped up.A weird side note, it seems that all the Pizza Huts we go to need a decent toilet refurb, even though they are clean they always seem run down and falling apart.
