We were told our pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. After an hour we called and was told another 15 minutes. We then called after 15 minutes and was told they were on their way. We asked for money off and was told no but on next order. We waited over an hour and a half. The manager was unapologetic. Will not be using them again.

People on the phone are so rude, sound like they don’t want to be there. Your prices are all wrong online and won’t offer them on the phone. The menu before and deals were so much better and affordable.

Just ordered hot wings. Only waited a few minutes as it was made fresh. The wings was really good succulent and juicy!! But their pizza is the best in town!!!Vegetarian options: Veggie burgers and pizzas available too.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available too.

Last night I ordered 2 pizza's. I was given 45-60 minutes delivery time. I waited for the 60 minutes then called to be told it was still there and it will be a further 10 minutes. 20 minutes later, I call again and am told 2 minutes! Which in fact was 15 minutes. That is a long time to wait for a pizza that is only 10 minutes drive away.When we finally got our pizza, it tasted like cardboard, it was put straight onto the box and was inedible. None of us enjoyed it ? but the worst thing about it was I found 3 hairs on 3 different pieces! I will not order from here again!

Food is genuinely very nice but service is not something they've ever heard of. Try phone order in, they reject the call, order online and go to collect and despite my order being sat there the staff at till had no idea what I was on about. Just tried to order through just eat and they cancel my order with no explanation whatsoever. Waste of time unless you want to wait outside the shop for 20-40minutes and wait for them to cook your order

This guy's take order and not deliver on time. They have taken order from me and not delivered my order 2 times. They do not bother to call me and let me know that the order was cancelled the both time. This restaurant should be shut down for harassment. I would never ever recommend anyone to order food from this place.
