I travel all over the country and us shell because I have a fule card, I can honestly say this garage has the most friendly staff outstanding customer service. Well done everyone this is very rare now a days keep up the great work and thank you ????

Always friendly staff. Typical fuel prices. Tried the cheese and bacon wrap, the cheese has too much pepper and makes it taste aweful, coupled with the high salt bacon, not a good taste!

Shelf advert for crisps at one price directly over the crisps I bought. Same brand. Seems it only applies to one set of flavours with tiny text, on a different shelf. Oh well. Last time here. Very deceptive.

Biker beware!!!!Discrimination towards bikers!!!Not allowing me fill my bike up as it’s against their policy!!!I ride a classic Superbike that on the side stand its impossible to fill the tank due to the lean angle,I’ve tried talking to the manager and he says it’s illegal to fill your bike up sat on it!!!!He’s very rude and stated he doesn’t want my business because I’m a biker!!!

Unfortunately had to change to different petrol stations. I come to fuell upMy baby a6 4.2 petrol . Not using this car much but it was dirty. So I herd that I have to clean my number plate before they allowed me to fuellUp . Lady could ask maybe for id or something else . But I won’t clean it in my suit. So I have change petrol station. But they didn’t know I was fuell upMy business fleet with them but not any more . And I herd I was not only one !!!! Who was force to do it . Good luck.

Quite big petrol station with plenty of pumps. Staff courteous and helpful but never enough staff. Rubbish bins overflowing, empty bottles laying everywhere, pumps never cleaned and no gloves available with the appalling excuse this measure is due to Covid. Serious? Is shame as such as potential is let drifting away.
I went to this garage to fill up with petrol as the website said that it was not as busy as usual when I got there the garage was closed thanks very much for wasting my petrol and my time Cretins.

Very handy garage with basic car services, a shop & Amazon lockers. Staff are always polite and friendly. Gave 4 stars as the entrance is a bit confusing if you don't know the area and certainly not ideal for pedestrians.

Two days running where that has not been any shell V power? I understand the issues over a lack of drivers but it would be curtesy to make your signage more prominent that you have no unleaded v power. Very disappointed

In the morning I went to this petrol station and paid by app,later on realising that the amount was refunded back to me. Around 20 minutes ago I went there to clarify and be honest and pay my bill that your app wasn't able to charge. The staff said that the only way to pay is cash and told me to go across the road at aldi and get cash. Considering I had a 5 month old baby in my arms that pooped all over himself,the whole time,I went to aldi. The atm was broken,but when I went back to shell they said they could take card. So your staff is unaware on how to take payments and send a mother holding a baby to find them cash? No one apologised, no one said even thank you. Maybe Paulina and Jazz shouldn't work in customer service with such an attitude
