Great Hotel just off Junction 16 of the M4. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable with an amazing shower and hairdryer/mirror combo. Breakfast in the next door Beefeater was delicious and plenty of it. Would definitely recommend.
Didn’t stay but staff were absolutely fantastic a few weeks ago when I had to pull off the motorway due to my poorly vomiting toddler in the back of the car. The lady on the front desk opened up a room for us so we could use a bathroom to clean up, I could not be more grateful. Room and bathroom were immaculately clean, service obviously fantastic.

This is a pretty standard Premier inn on a small industrial estate. There is a conscience store, Costa and Beefeater.The room was fine. The check in was smooth and friendly.I'm not sure why Premier inn charges for premium WiFi it's 2024!There aren't razor points in the rooms.The lift wasn't working.
