Beware of misleading prices - Placed an order based on prices on their own website and was charged over £10 more upon collection. When we realised, we phoned up to query - the guy on the other end of phone said he had trouble updating his website and so the prices were correct as per the leaflet put in the bag with the order. When we said this was false advertising, he said that he was not prepared to do anything about it. Rude and unhelpful - they will not have my business again.

Prices misleading. Placed an order for £55 and hubby went to collect it. He was charged £65.30. When he told me, we phoned up only to be told that he hadn't updated the website and the correct prices were now on the leaflet in the bag with our order. When we mentioned that this was actually false advertising he said he was not prepared to do anything about it. He was rude and unhelpful - we will be reporting this to trading standards. Avoid and go elsewhere as the food was not that great either.

Ordered food through Uber eats from business then 30 mins later got a message the order had been cancelled by business, called to ask directly and as was told I didn’t cancel it personally so try again, maybe work with the customer to help not just say try again.

Worst Packing, Delivery, Rude Behaviour on PhoneTerrible experience yesterdayBad packing or pathetic delivery I don't know, they delivered the curry as shown in the photographs.I called them up immediately as there is not any curry left in the packed bowl to eat, after a long argument they said they will send another curry, which turned out to be a lie. And I called back and they said in such situation they have a policy to give discount on next order.Then today I genuinely called to order as their food is good. And the guy who is on the phone rudely cut the call.I request people who are ordering food here to consider this can happen to anyone!!

Ordered for 19.15 arrived at 18.20. Normally not a problem but in midst of seeing to kids! Food was cold...suprising 'cos delivery was to Oxford Road. Chicken was overcooked and dry with an unpleasant taste. Chicken Tikka Massala had an odd after taste. Would not recommend or order here again. Avoid!!

Food arrived cold and greeted with the most unprofessional and rude behaviour at the door and on the phone. Very surprised especially considering the years of loyalty with them. Food was mad average I can see why Tandoori Nights is so much better! This place is NEVER seeing me again. AVOID.
