Was served by a friendly hard working guy today didnt catch his name but he had a hearing aid. He was working on his own and made mine and my boyfriends subs in good time and with a smile. The food was good as usual but the service from that member of staff made it even better! I was in store around 3.30- 4pm roughly.

We were served by rupa at this branch. Who was extremely rude from the start to my wife and when we asked for cheesy bites to be reheated she replied very rudely this is how it is and left it to a side her colleague had the courtesy to do it for us but she just left it to a side and walked off and was very rude. I have been coming to this branch for 4 years now and this is not how a customer should be treated

Called in early on Saturday morning on a visit to Swindon. Had a walk down the High Street, and popped in for a soft drink and a nice chicken sub. Quick service, worth a visit.
It was delicious 9" sub , friendly staff and you know *subway is subway*

Very good staff member, female, foreign accent, always up for a laugh. Shame the company seems to make her work alone which can cause a queue but she gets through it as quick as she can. Changes her gloves for EVERY customer which is hygienic and appreciated. Give her a raise.
