The way the staff speak to the customers is wonderful.While we were there quite a few elderly customers were served, the man serving was gently spoken very polite and considerate.The female server delivered food in good time and cleared away once we had finished. Better than McDonald's! The food always arrives piping hot, and the staff are always very friendly. My only wish is for some décor on the walls, perhaps some old timey pictures of Swindon?

Popped in here about noon. The place was packed with customers waiting for tables. I can see why. The food is unpretentious, excellent quality, generous portions and served with a smile. Enough on the plate to feed a small family. Very clean and excellent, efficient, friendly service. The more upmarket restaurants could learn a lot from the service standards here.
