Ordered through Just Eat. Waited 2 hours for food to start being made. After 2 hours of it being stuck in the app I had no choice but to cancel the order and call SubwaySupervisor advised I would get a refund through Just Eat in a few days as no drivers were available. Waited a few days and got charged the money with a txt saying no refunds.Messaged Just Eat who didn't care and cut me off saying nothing they could do even though it's their fault.Called Subway who advised they can't give me the food or a refund as Just Eat has been refunded. So where has this money magically gone.No food, no refund, never using Subway here again

The salad was fresh. The staff were friendly. They gave plenty and didn't skimp on ingredients which was great. Will be going back ?
Absolutely useless.....ordered two foot long subs toasted. One turned up stone cold and obviously hadn't been toasted as the cheese wasn't melted at all and the other turned up missing crispy onions, Chipotle sauce and with half the cheese ordered. Won't be buying from here again £12 each for a footlong sub when both are delivered wrong is a joke.
