I was recommended by the Royal British Legion to use The Ram for my late Military Husband’s Wake. I was thrilled with the food they supplied and the service was excellent .. All the guests remarked on the wonderful display of food which tasted just as good as it looked I would highly recommend the Ram The manager Rowena was so helpful from the very beginning
Came here on our vist with my daughter and grandkids had the carvery the food was delicious the beef was so soft it melted in your mouth a nice pint the staff are very friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble great place will definitely be back

I went to poker night on a Monday. Fosters was only £3.30 and free food was provided by a friendly husband and wife team. A good mixture of civilians and army people, football was on the TV, I think they show rugby too. The food is supposed to be good but I wasn't eating out.
