Ordered a Rice box, what a disappointment, presentations was not like the advertisement, no corn, rice was old, the zinger fillet edges were dried out!Service bad! There were only two cars in the que.I definitely won't go back to KFC, Trowbridge.

Visited here a week ago and food and service were excellent, returned today and was like visiting a different premises. It was not clean, the staff were not as helpful and the chicken was dry. The biggest gripe was the extremely loud music playing which was obviously not for the customers benefit. I can only assume it depends on what staff are on duty at the time you visit.I wish I had posted the previous week to ensure the staff on duty that day were thanked especially the lady that brought our coffee out, thankyou.

I love KFC however I've recently become veggie. As amazing as their vegan burger is I would LOVE to have a bucket of vegan chicken (made with the quorn that they use for the burger just a bucket of it? ?) I just would love to be able to have more chicken really but no issues here. Always loved KFC ?

They play really loud and rubbish dance music. It was putting me off the food. Could tell it was too loud for the speakers as it sounded distorted.

Food generally is great, waiting for your order to be taken even when there's nobody at the restaurant can take a while sometimes, but the biggest reason why I'm giving it 3 out of 5 is because the floor is hazardous, it's easy to slip and I can't stand in one place without my feet siding around and that's not because the floor isn't clean because they clean it often.

I have been to many KFC’s from London to New York City but this is the best one by far. This is because the food comes out at the perfect temperature. Also it took five minutes for it to come out which was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall five stars⭐️Vegetarian options: It says if something is vegetarian.Parking: Easy to get to and wheelchair accessible parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: Perfect.Wheelchair accessibility: A lot of wheelchair accessible parking spaces.
