Had a bit of trouble with our order because they forgot a few things but after coming back and letting them know we were missing things they were very apologetic and sorted our missing items out immediately! Food was all hot and delicious ?

Forgot my whole meal funny how they added an extra portion of chips this McDonald’s is a disgrace always forgetting orders it’s a pain I wouldn’t go here my dad saw people throwing chips at each over in the back once ?

I can honestly say I have never seen so many staff chewing gum when working. No interest if anyone waiting for food. Too busy talking about staff breaks and what is allowed. Food was cold as it had been waiting to be given to me, this is one place I wouldn’t recommend bud won’t be revisiting.

Easily the worst McDonalds branch in Wiltshire if not the Southwest of England. Slow service, permanently broken ice machine, food either over cooked or cold. A very sad version of this brand. Avoid this branch.

Drive through, placed order, they sent us to the waiting bay. After 30 minutes of waiting I went to find out they forgot about us. Called them incompetent as it wasn't the first time. I got an incomplete order so I went again and the manager (young girl) said don't give us anything and shut the window and didn't give us what we paid for she turned her back on us, then she made up something which wasn't true and called the Police on us. Today we placed an online order after 30 min got a message that it was delivered and clearly it wasn't. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. They don't care what they're doing at all. Total chaos. The manager clearly is unable to manage the place.
