The food was good, however the order was incorrect. I phoned up, and granted the nice lady help to resolve it, it did frustrate me that she insisted that she had personally packed part of the order that was missing. So either that was not truthful, or they had somehow been “misplaced” from the order during delivery which seems a little suspicious.
Usually the better of the two available in Trowbridge but today was a poor show. Subs turned up great, no complaints on that front but the rest of our order was missing. We ordered two subs, two dips and 3 drinks and two of the drinks were missing. Upon calling to try to rectify the mistake they repeatedly hung up on me. Considering they charge around £3 per bottled drink (500ml) this subway technically owe me about £7 and I want it back.In summary usually not bad at all, but...read full review
