Had a lovely overnight stay for business. The room was a small double but was perfectly sized for just me. Lovely cosy setting in the room. Bathroom did need a bit of love as it is a bit outdated, but everything was clean and the shower heat and strength were fine.Dinner was amazing, not the cheapest pub food but it was worth it for the price. Was passing through on a Tuesday evening and spotted this pub in the country village of Holt. It has a lovely village community feel as you walk in with the locals enjoying their evening beer.However I was accommodated to a table with no booking in the dining area. The food was incredible, very fresh and well cooked. It is also dog friendly! Highly recommend

Stayed in Holt for the week and it was spot on, food was beautiful, (I had the steak, partner had the mushroom ravioli), service was very good and the atmosphere was warm including friendly locals. Cannot fault
