British Restaurants in Broadway

“A wonderful hotel with exceptional staff! Nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay at Dormy House. The Spa was very clean and the staggered entry times meant that it never felt too crowded. The only downside was that there was no availability for treatments during our stay. I had tried to book a few weeks in advance but I had no luck getting through to anyone via telephone. There was also a gym on site which had excellent equipment. The dining options were lovely, including the breakfast where there was a wide variety of dishes on the menu which were all clearly very fresh.I would not hesitate to recommend Dormy House!”

“We were staying in the Cotswolds to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and came across Russel’s whilst searching the internet. We found it to have a varied menu that suited us, so booked our table. We were not disappointed, the atmosphere, service and food were perfect. I chose from the “specials” menu, Pigs Head Terrine, and Lamb Shank for mains. My wife chose Crab meat starter and Scallops as her main. The staff were very attentive and surprised us at the end of the meal with celebration plate , see the photos. I would highly recommended Russel’s, it was quite busy being Thursday and out of season, so make a booking. Thanks for a lovely evening”

“Had a lovely lunch here with a friend today (9/11/23) & enjoyed our whole dining experience. Friendly & attentive service, comfortable seats, nice view (despite the typical British weather!!) and a relaxed atmosphere. Varied menu & prices. I had the sausages & mash with green beans & onion rings which I can strongly recommend. Treated ourselves to a Calypso (floater) coffee as haven't had one in years!! Will definitely return ?Parking: The Swan's (free) car park itself is not very big but there is other parking nearby. Just register your car when you go in.”

“Starter of Cotswold bread and oil which was lovely. The main meal of lamb was superb, vegetables all beautifully cooked. My son ate the the beef shared platter which was delicious. The atmosphere, service and wonderful historic surroundings were truly excellent. We had noted the varied comments on new menu but I would happily drive an hour to return sooner rather than later”
