Worse Gregg's ever , never ever got any hot food available and every time I think "maybe they will have today" Im never right! Staff just stare at you with a glazed look on there face,anyone would think it's self service..in fact I could bake the pasties so much faster.. one guy serving whilst the two ladies were sitting down talking !! Greggs managers need to get into that store and sack the lot of them and start again

Worst Gregg's I've been to .. rarely got any quantity ready to go .. tried to use a voucher twice and both times their system is unable to process it .. the one in town doesn't have these issues .. feels like it's just this one with issues .. if you are going just after lunch you might struggle to find what you would like .. c'mon you lot .. catch up with your other branches! .. and smile please!

Entered the store at 14:05, it closes at 16;00 but there is a paper sellotaped to the door advising they close at 15:00. I buy a sandwich and would like it heated up. Only they won't do it because they have already turned off the heater. Despite the fact there is a queue and it is still busy.Previously a man in the queue ordered "all of the sausage rolls". There is a queue going out of the door and dozens of this product. Doesn't ask if anyone else wanted one, just sold the lot. I don't blame the customer, you can ask for what you want, of course. But as a business, not having the awareness that this is why some of these people are here? Pathetic.So, can't recommend an establishment that shuts early and refuses key elements of service up to twos hour prior to the advertised closing time and sells their entire current stock while you queue.
