The rooms at this Premier Inn are really quite sad now and desperately in need of refurbishment. The cleanliness of the bathroom is really quite awful with tatty fittings and dirty walls and skirting. Shouldn't really be allowed in this day and age. Not really pleasant to stay in. It feels the bare minimum of cleaning and upkeep is carried out. Service is good with friendly staff. Location is ok if you have transport but difficult to get to the town if you don't. Bed is relatively comfy though.Not quite sure how some people consider this cleanliness and "spotless". Must be a different hotel!

Good night's sleep in large comfy bed, no inner room noise. Good shower although may be difficult for old or infirm as over quite a deep bath.

Excellent welcome on arrival. As always good clean rooms Very thoughtful guy on reception (30/1/24 16.30ish check in) Great communication with the attached pub. It’s the little personal touches that count.Thanks very much to hotel reception and The Guild pub staff…Much appreciated

Great customer service with a smile on check in and check out. The rooms are a bit dated but spotless and the bed was so comfy. I've ordered a premier inn pillow as I actually woke up without a sore neck for once! Good location to the town and great breakfast.

Lovely big room, top-up tea and coffee in reception. Area was quiet, so I slept great.

Greeted by two of the most miserable staff I have ever encountered, poor interaction, hopeless and clear didn't want us or themselves to be there. I will follow this up with a more thorough review, as I only have just tried to check in.
