The staff team were amazing I stayed for one night on my own and the second night with my daughter who had an operation they couldn't do enough to Accomodate, pillows extra sheets, carried food across from restaurant brewersfayre. Special mention to Mel beautiful lady. Professional kind staff team.
Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Good night's sleep and very good Breakfast with a wide variety of food available. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will use again when I am in the West Midlands
