Always come here before work for breakfast last few times not very good as only ever have one member of staff on a cue to the door ,then to always be told that stuff on the menu hasn’t been delivered so can’t have what intended to have please get more staff !!!

I came here today with my mum and was applaud of what I witnessed.The tables were full of dirty dishes and the one server was going to tidy up and the other told him to stop to help her. Than waited over 10 minutes to order even though the woman looked up saw me but still let me stand there and then when she took my order she didn't even apologise for the wait. Then she got my order wrong! when he made my drinks they were latte not frappes which she said it was me. But when the young man checked the receipt it was frappes he was very polite but I was not satisfied with her customer service

Love this chain!It's one of my favouritesStaff are always so helpful and friendly despite always being so so busy and seemingly understaffed, at any time of the day.Love that they are also Dog friendly and need more like this !

Regularly use this cafe however recently the quality and inconsistency of drinks is alarming. The last 2 times I've been there the cakes have been dry to the point of tasting stale and the drinks luke warm at best. Time for a change me thinks. Disappointing after a long time of patronage.

Treated myself to a morning coffee and greeted by two staff who were very friendly and left me smiling ? turning a rubbish morning into a much better one. Thankyou for perking up my morning. I don’t normally do these but the two on shift today deserve a shout out ?
