We visited Droitwich and the Old Cock Inn for the first time ever for a pre-Christmas family lunch. It's a proper ancient, unpretentious and un-gentrified town inn and we immediately felt at home. The staff were warm, friendly and very welcoming to we strangers, and the carvery food was excellent. Vegetables had been carefully cooked, and were excellent quality. We all had turkey, and it was also of a high quality. Portion sizes were also very good. We didn't have desserts as we were all too full after the main course. All of this was had at a very modest price - little over £40 for four adults! A great place indeed.

Rude staff who clearly didn't want us in there, so walked out. Teach your staff some manners please

This is a lovely friendly, old pub. I went with a friend for a light lunch, and was pleased to find a warm pub with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was tasty, the service attentive and friendly, and it accepts dogs too.

Went in for a family meal, food was absolutely amazing, staff were so patient with us about the children’s food as they are fussy eaters. Everything was perfect!!!

We went for Sunday lunch. Plus a LOT of food and reasonably priced. Minus over-cooked vegetables, dry meat and miserable bar staff.

Really interesting very old pub in Droitwich town centre. Small areas and large rooms plus outdoor seating. Good quality baguettes with a choice of fillings plus chips and salad for less than £5. Great value. Pleasant staff.
