DO NOT ORDER * Ordered breakfast from the Deliveroo app, also had the same menu on just eat. Had a voicemail after waiting 25 minutes to say they don’t do this anymore, didn’t offer anything else. I had to ask what they actually do as on the apl there is a Wide range. They told me I have to contact Deliveroo to get this cancelled even though they has accepted the order and on the app states preparing order. So when trying to contact Deliveroo it just tells you to contact the restaurant. Staff were not very helpful and rude on the phone, was made to feel this I was my fault!? Still awaiting refund.

Had a just eat order worse meal I’ve ever had paid £14 for a roast it was cold missing new potatoes and stuffing one rock hard Yorkshire pudding! Got a pizza that was also cold the pizza had gone like a block because it was cold. £30 for the food and it we didn’t eat it phoned up to complain lady was rude said what do you want us to do about it we’ve been really busy today. I said come and pick it up and give me my money back said they don’t do it no offer of remaking the food or any help she was arrogant and dismissive. Will never order again

Absolutely shocked at the food we received tonight but more so about the customer service when I rang to say my food was not only cold but half of the roast dinner was missing as if was taken straight out of the fridge! On the phone I was told we’ve been busy and ran out of stuffing potatoes and you had the last Yorkshire pudding (which was burnt and also cold) also ordered a pizza that came with no base sauce just cheese which had solidified it was that cold! All in all a shocking experience no care given to food and no care given by the lady on the phone she couldn’t of cared less, if I could of pleated no stars I would haveAVOID

Quiet for a Saturday but this pub just oozes character. Locals should frequent it more....decent pubs like this are disappearing at an alarming rate. Food was good.....but your chips are something

We've just had 3 delivered meals, lasagne was lovely, sausage chips and beans was really nice and the double burger and chips was out of this world, all the food was hot and delivered on time, probably the best burger I've had for years and at a very reasonable price... I highly recommend you try!

We visited this pub today for a Sunday roast and we were not disappointed. We were met by warm inviting staff and shown to a cosy room with a friendly atmosphere. The roast dinner was delicious and plenty of it served on warm plates which was a bonus. It says it all when we say we will definitely be going again with family and/or friends. Well done to the staff who were so welcoming and friendly. Keep up the good work. Sue and Ian.

Popped in for lunch on Saturday. Had a pint of the house pale ale and it was in fine condition. We choose to sit in the restaurant, small and cosy with only 16 covers. It has an pleasant old skool ambiance, and pleasant piano music playing. The menu is extensive, all home made and the specialty pies sound delicious. Our sandwiches served in a flatbread were excellent. Thick cut ham and good cheesy chips and salad. Deb enjoyed her fish too. Friendly service and good value. We’ll definitely return.

Arrived at 11:15 am as website said open at 11am, front door was open so we entered for a drink. In comes a lady to say they are not open although the website says it is. We apologize and ask for opening hrs to be told 11:30 to 12. What an unprofessional way to run a pub. We will not return to this establishment and I look forward to hearing their response.

Havent tried the food, but the pub is excellent. Many different areas around the pub where one can sit outside, without being outside. Great little

Made to feel very unwelcome by staff, almost as we were a nuisance. Barmaid got distracted by talking to other staff halfway through taking the order with no apology. Long wait for food although the pub was very quiet. When the food arrived it was placed on the table with no cutlery. Having waited several minutes while our food was going cold, the barmaid eventually reappeared with oir chips. When asked for cutlery and was told very curtly that it was in another room where "you normally order your food". As this was our first visit we were not aware of this. Sadly, it will also be our last visit and will look to find a more welcoming hostelry next time we visit Droitwich. At best the food was average but the sausage sandwiches and fish finger sandwich were served on a very odd flatbread (apparently the baker was on holiday so no cottage buns were available). However, the chips were very nice.

We stopped for a drink in the sunshine. The pub garden is very tired looking. My pint of wainwrights was on the turn but my wife had a nice cider. We didn’t eat but the food here did look.
