We visited for Sunday roast. The roast lamb was superb. The service was excellent, very welcoming.I liked the fact the veg is served in separate dishes and not piled onto the plate.Fresh vegetables, perfectly cooked, extra gravy.Beautiful location.I couldn't fault anything. Both food & service were brilliant. Many thanks

Great food, great service and awesome views from this little pub by a waterway. The chicken caesar salad I had hit the spot, and everyone else in my party enjoyed their food too. If you're in the area be sure to stop by because you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful place with exceptional food and a lovely warm atmosphere. Diligent staff and my only regret, is that I only ordered a cheeseburger( which was the best I've had in an age) my wife had the swordfish, which was delicious. I couldn't recommend the place enough. Perfect service, exceptional food, and a ten out of ten for me. Well done

Fantastic experience - turned up very late in the day and they accommodated us fabulously despite having a large table in. Great service and lovely food.

I recently hosted a celebratory meal for my son's christening at our local pub, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our party of 12 felt welcomed and accommodated. The service was impeccable, with each member of the team attentive, friendly, and eager to make our celebration memorable. Despite the size of our group, the staff managed to deliver our meals promptly and with a smile. And the food! Every dish was prepared to perfection. Succulent roast beef and mouthwatering desserts!I especially appreciated the pub's ability to cater to larger groups without compromising on quality or attention to detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for marking such a special occasion with friends and family. If you're considering a celebratory or occasion meal for a group, I wholeheartedly recommend The Bridge Inn. Their exemplary service, delicious food, and welcoming ambiance make them the perfect choice for any gathering. Thank you to the entire team for making our son's christening truly memorable!

We are local ish to the bridge, only across the river but a bit of a journey to get too.It was worth it. Finally a place that understands portion sizes.I had the beef bourguignon pie, served with veg and mash. Absolutely gorgeous.Followed with an apple crumble with a twist.....finally a place that understands a pudding shouldn't cost more than a main. This was a bargain at £6. At that price it's perfect and worth every penny. The place itself is vibrant in the bar with an open fire, duel sided with plenty of locals in there having a good time.Excellent options for drinking too. The bar staff are very helpful and waitress service was on point. The only complaint was that the restaurant area was cold due to a problem with the boiler and the log burner was waiting to be swept.Don't let this put you off, we will go there again, at £30 a head for 2 courses and 3 drinks over 4 people (1 driving on soft drinks). I'd say this is one to visit. It's slightly out the way but set perfectly on the river avonSorry no pics of food as I tucked into it straight away and cleared the plate before I thought about taking a pic.Dietary restrictions: One nut allergy, one 100% intolerance to milk
