Recently went for Sunday lunch, very busy all tables full,but service still very good food amazing lovely atmosphere only downside was 1 person dressed as an elf came in and asked could he have a drink so sat at bar and ordered. He failed to mention that he was a member of a large group all in fancy dress who gave him 10 minutes before they followed him in. Assume it was a running group or something,could be wrong. First time we've eaten here and we weren't disappointed. A warm welcome and a delicious sunday roast awaited us - plenty of choice, generous portion sizes, hot and tasty food!

It's very difficult to fault The Queens Head ... so I haven't!Stunning food, great atmosphere and attentive staff all come together to make this a must visit restaurant.It's more expensive than some, but with the quality of food and the size of the portions, the price is more than justified. We'll definitely be back again ... and again!
