Dropped in for coffee & lunch after treatment at Kidderminster hospital. Husband noticed we had been overcharged as visual price of sandwich was less than what was charged. Pointed this out to staff member who just said "oh". No apology, no offer to refund difference. Price was changed as we left.
I always pop in there before going home after I've enjoyed a long motorcycle ride and treat myself to an ice cold salted caramel frappe OMG they're delicious and the staff in there are very friendly and I get to park my motorcycle right outside next to where I'm seated out in the fresh air.. perfect!Parking: Crossley retail park Kidderminster...ample parking for everyoneWheelchair accessibility: YepDietary restrictions: Don't know because I can eat and drink anything

Satnam was the kindest most friendly member of staff I have met in any Costa coffee shop for years. Nothing was too much trouble she helped me and my baby in the baby change, above and beyon d as the door was broken. Got a glass of water for an old lady. She is a gem and should be employed of the month or whatever. What a lovely example to set. I'll keep visiting.
