The staff are all pretty friendly but this place can get really busy so they can all look really frazzled. Its not their fault, just woefully understaffed.Outdoor seating area has the most uncomfortable seating with sharp edges designed to cut into your legs. The area is tatty and needs a jetwash.Still way better than the nearby Starbucks though.

Satnam was the kindest most friendly member of staff I have met in any Costa coffee shop for years. Nothing was too much trouble she helped me and my baby in the baby change, above and beyon d as the door was broken. Got a glass of water for an old lady. She is a gem and should be employed of the month or whatever. What a lovely example to set. I'll keep visiting.
