Great traditional pub with a good choice of beers that does wonderful cobs. The pirk pies were good tooParking: There's an outdoor covered area that occupies some of the car park so be prepared to park on the road during busy periods
If a cob and a pint is what you want, it's worth going early to get a car parking space as these are rare. The cobs are excellent , I added crisps with mine and a half of scrumpy cider. An absolute delight.

Fabulous, traditional pub!! It's cash only, but they do have an ATM in the bar. Great prices and the cobs are a must if you visit! Close to the canal, so perfect after a long walk! Great in the summer with the outside space,but also lovely and cosy inside in the winter months! Staff are really friendly!
