Garden Room Restaurant
Bank House Hotel, Bransford, WorcesterCalled in on off chance ...
After checking with restuarant we were guide to a table and given a short but comprehensive menu ..
Food ordered easily ...
It was served but unfortunately three dishes served almost cold ..steaks returned and came back luke warm ..but meat was tender and tasty ...
Crumbles ordered but they also came luke warm ..
Considering the restuarant was empty there were no excuses .
Serving staff friendly and efficient
.
The luke warm food was dealt with by way of a discount , without asking !
So again our quibbles were taken seriously well done ..

Leigh Sinton Chinese Take Away
Somers Arms, Hereford Road, Leigh Sinton, MalvernFirst time using these as a new local resident, I'm not a big fan of Cantonese style Chinese food I haven't had any in many years but needs must. Personally I didn't enjoy the meal as much as I would have if it had been normal Chinese style, but that's just me what I was surprised about was the excellent quality of the food and very fair pricing for quantity. I had the house special fried rice and sweet and sour pork balls. The fried rice had a wealth of different vegetables all very fresh and top quality the different meats were just as good. The pork balls were large and there was enough for two people they were deep fried and a bit wet with oil but still crisp. I think for product quality and cooking quality this is the best takeaway I've had in many years. I can see why they have good ratings. I think next time I'll order something that won't be too Cantonese off the menu but I'll definitely be back ?
