The food was an exceptional standard and so was the service. We stayed two nights at the adjoining hotel, and had plans to eat out on both evenings. On the first night we were tempted by the restaurant menu, so decided to to eat "in house" instead of going out. We ended up being so impressed with the quality of our food on the first evening, that we ate there the second evening as well. Exquisite.Quite easily the best fish and chips I have ever tasted. Crispy batter, soft on the inside chips, crispy on the outside, great wine selection. Will 1000% be visiting again.

Had afternoon tea for mums 70th. It’s a lovely place, very tranquil, staff are very attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a lovely time. The afternoon tea was perfect!! Thank you xx
