I used to be a costa man but thanks to the staff here i am now converted to a Nero man. The staff are always happy, welcoming, kind and nothing is too much trouble for them. The range of drinks they have make them a great rival to costa. Nero also win the best flavour drinks in my opinion. Their hot chocolate is out of this world compared to costs. Whenever I go for a coffee it's always here and the staff feel more like family than people making the drinks.
