We stayed here for two nights prior to attending a wedding. The room (206) was very comfortable with a big bathroom and a view of the hills; the extra fan which we were given was very welcome given that we were there on the hottest day of 2023! The staff were friendly and efficient; the restaurant (air-conditioned) was spacious with a good variety of menus; I recommend the gammon and chips if you're really hungry - it was an enormous portion. Don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves a mention. We (9 people aged 7-75) recently stayed for 2 nights at the Malvern Hills hotel for my mums 75th birthday celebrations. The food in the hotel was great, the rooms were fantastic and the staff were brilliant (especially Joe). Well done guys, keep up the good work! Also a great location for walking in the hills. We will be back soon.

What a lovely hotel. Very welcoming staff. Great breakfast and a very comfy clean room . We arrived late on check in and the restaurant was closed we were starving as we had not eaten all day but the lovely lady at check in said she would make us a tuna baguette which made our day. Definitely stay there again.
