I booked our stay through a gift voucher company online last year. Location of the hotel is great underneath the Malvern hills and beside handy supermarkets. On arrival staff we were greeted by extremely warm and welcoming staff (shout out to Oli who bent over backwards) Unfortnuately we did have issues with our room straight away but the staff swiftly sorted it and we ended up with a comfy bed and clean facilities. The spa area was clean and warm and a nice to relax in with a handy bar area for drinks and snacks. Breakfast was simple and filling. Overall id recommend for a one night stay

We've just spent a couple of days at the hotel. It was a birthday present for a friend, and we had a spectacular stay. We were welcomed to the room with a bottle of wine, the room was very nice and spacious, we really enjoyed the SPA with its different saunas and hydrotherapy pools. In the evening, we had wonderful cocktails by the pool area, prepared by Ollie, who treated us like special guests. In the morning, we went to the gym which had all kinds of machines and different classes, and then we enjoyed a marvelous breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. It was our first time at this hotel, but it won't be the last. We can't wait to come back.

Myself and my husband stayed at The Malvern Spa last April for 2 nights following our wedding day as a little mini moon. We had the most relaxing time which was much needed after organising our wedding. The staff were all lovely, the food was amazing (we opted for room service both nights we were there) and the spa facilities were beautiful. We also had two treatments each during our stay and they were nice and relaxing! Will definately visit again in the future and have recommended to friends and family!

This place is a con DO NOT BOOK they amend the booking price online when you get in touch and amend an original booking. We booked via their website to book a deluxe package, the website selected room and food only then told the DAY before that we do not have any of spa treatments available. Then even after sending current prices, the website was then rectified to reflect the current prices. The website has sooooo many issues. DO NOT BOOK

Terrible location. Middle of industrial park.Rooms average, need upgrading. You cannot have a lounger by pool and go for a swim, or your belongings are removed utter joke, Iver priced for experience.

The spa is a little unassuming as you drive in - it looks a bit dated and run down from the outside, however, do not let that fool you: the spa inside is divine! I’ve been twice now, with plans to visit again. The massages I’ve had have been some of the best I’ve had. The restaurant is well catered and the food is quite good, though a little expensive. The leisure area is exquisite- a lovely, big hydrotherapy pool with both inside and outside access, two saunas, a steam room and salt grotto - all of which are clean and decent sized. There is also pool side drink service which is great. I highly recommend this spa - it is the ultimate relaxation!

Had a fabulous day at Malvern Spa with 2 friends. A warm welcome and approachable helpful staff helped to start the day well.I had the best massage ever from a lovely skilled therapist, Isabella.Food and drinks were served with a smile.Would definitely consider an overnight stay in the near future.

I visited Malvern Spa with my best friend for the Sunday Slumber package in October. It was a belated birthday present that we booked months in advance- we wanted to go all out and experience a relaxing weekend. On arrival we were greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff. We were shown around the spa and were provided with information on the facilities that were on offer. Everything was immaculate and we felt like absolute royalty! The pool was the perfect temperature and it wasn’t too busy / crowded- exactly what you want on a relaxing weekend. The staff, in particular Ollie, were so attentive and wonderfully kind. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt looked after from the moment we arrived. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is delicious- in particular the breakfast which has so many options. If like us, you are visiting Malvern spa for a special occasion, it would be rude to not sample some of the delicious cocktails! The rooms are immaculate and the beds are very comfy. Room service was amazing and we couldn’t fault the tea and coffee facilities- it’s so nice to have a hotel that offer proper coffee and cafetière In the hotel rooms! If you’re an Elemis fan you’re in luck because all the soaps and shampoos in the roomare Elemis- it’s clear that there’s no expense spared here, such a treat!Everything was perfect and we will definitely be returning. I couldn’t have imagined a better belated birthday! Thank you to Ollie and the staff at Malvern Spa!

Located on a busy road, which wasn't there 20 years ago. That was my last visit to Malvern.Situated on the edge of a shopping centre on one side and industrial estate on the other, with a great view of Aldi.Spa ,downstairs rooms and restaurant were tidy ,well presented and clean. There is always an however.Badly let down by the guest accomadation, first room we had resembles the aftermath of a tv fight scene.Damaged bathroom, toilet patched with sealant.tiled bath surround very poorly repaired.Damaged furniture in bedroom.Stained mattress .Sorry but you should do better. We did get a change of room which was better. We did find most staff obliging and helped with problems.Food & drinks: Really good breakfasts which were the only meals I took there.Good coffee and nice range of teas.

We had such a lovely stay here. The whole place feels very relaxed.Food was really good. Everywhere was very clean. Staff were always friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The only way I would improve it was if the pool was a bit warmer but otherwise we only had good things to say.It felt like very good value for money. We would definitely come back!

Decent value but needs some focus to improve certain things. Some staff were really friendly, others didn’t seem interested. Bar area is tired and needs some work. Food was ok but had to double check bill as some items had been incorrectly charged for. My massage was good but my partners masseur talked the whole way through treatment which ruined experience for her. Spa Facilities are ok for the price

Came here for a massage and coffee with a friend. Paid for a 45 minutes massage but treatment was over and done with at 35 minutes including undressing etc. We then had coffee and despite asking for it extra hot it was only lukewarm. The actual massage was very nice, but I'm not sure it's worth paying extra for 45 minutes.

Would highly recommend.Very relaxed atmosphere and hydrotherapy pool was amazing.Greeted by friendly and helpful front desk staff. We had 2 treatments which were top quality and super beauticians.Big shout out for restaurant staff. Cafe by day soft lighting restaurant by night. Always went above and beyond to make you feel welcome.Food was exceptional and we would pay top dollar for a menu like that in London.
