The spa is a little unassuming as you drive in - it looks a bit dated and run down from the outside, however, do not let that fool you: the spa inside is divine! I’ve been twice now, with plans to visit again. The massages I’ve had have been some of the best I’ve had. The restaurant is well catered and the food is quite good, though a little expensive. Had a fabulous day at Malvern Spa with 2 friends. A warm welcome and approachable helpful staff helped to start the day well.I had the best massage ever from a lovely skilled therapist, Isabella.Food and drinks were served with a smile.Would definitely consider an overnight stay in the near future.
I visited Malvern Spa with my best friend for the Sunday Slumber package in October. It was a belated birthday present that we booked months in advance- we wanted to go all out and experience a relaxing weekend.On arrival we were greeted by such friendly and welcoming staff.
