A very nice, warm and cosy hotel with excellent food! Haddock and chips, or should I say, whale and a bucket of chips, were very tasty and filling. I'd return just for that. As for the hotel, it was pleasant and welcoming, I was even shown to my room, which was nice. The hotel is ideally located at the foot of the hills and has breathtaking views. Ideally situated for visiting the town centre, theatre or walking the Malvern Hills.Pleasant decor, clean and neat. The multi-national staff are friendly and efficient. Excellent restaurant with wide ranging menu offering some refined dining as well as popular food. Good choices of food for breakfast.
