Excellent customer service from Mark and Wayne. They were only too pleased to help and solve problems, very attentive. They reviewed the designs from other quotes made improvements and still beat the other prices. The order came exactly as described, any missing parts (which there were hardly any) were sourced and replaced very quickly. I have been really impressed by the service provided by Mark and Wayne at Redditch Benchmarx. Both were friendly and helpful on my first visit. I was booked for a planning session and asked for what I wanted. Mark drew up a plan and I asked for a few changes which he made on the plan. I was then given a price which I felt was very good.
