One of the better motorway service stations on offer. The shops cater for pretty much everything you are likely to need on a road journey in the UK, the food shops have the usual motorway food-fayre plus a little bit more which was a refreshing surprise.Only gripe, if any, are the loo's which could do with a bit more care. Having said that they are definitely one of the cleaner places on the road network here.

Not a bad set up but the ladies loos are not good. Several toilet doors had broken or missing locks. The taps don't stay on for long enough to wash the soap off your hands. However the Leon fast food place is really good.

What can we say about a motorway service station they are all the same of course you get different companies serving food and drinks newspapers and everything else some better than others especially with the food such as Strensham Three of us called plus a dog meaning we had too sit outside so we had Two pasties and Two sausage rolls we threw One away I ate most of mine and the Two sausage rolls were also eaten almost the dog was given some but he wouldn't eat it, these items were brought from a kiosk outside the entrance we did complain but when we arrived at our destination we were all ill of course the problem is it tarnishes the whole visit, and our last.

A lovely variety of food and shops. However, wish there was a cheaper more affordable shop with more options. As the spar here did not have a big selection so weren't able to get the food we wanted

Like all Motorway Service Stations they are a complete Rip Off, overcharge on everything especially the Fuel, they claim this is because a Service Station on a Motorway is not linked to a Town/City, therefore it costs more to deliver, quite Ironic when you know that most transport companies use the Motorways to get to all major Towns/Cities and therefore pass the Service Stations if anything they should be cheaper not more expensive.I never use them, always fill up locally before i travel and never buy anything there, why pay rip off prices. They don't even deserve 1 Star. So Minus any Stars, and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Recently stopped here on our way down to Cornwall. Was very disappointed with the facilities regarding for the disabled. The toilets are about a 100 yds walk into the building from the disabled spaces and I witnessed quite a few struggling with sticks and frames to get to them. Surely it would have been more sensible to have a disabled block in the car park and be used for that purpose. Prices for food and drink is unreal, just glad that we don't use that often.

Always call here on our way to Somerset, plenty of parking, toilets always clean, social distancing in place with signs asking for people to wear a mask inside at busy times. Just love the Macdonalds here too the food is always hot and fresh unlike the North bound which we've tried when on our return journey, food is always cold not nice at all.

One of my favourite motorway service stations. Plenty of parking for all types of vehicles. This station has been modernised giving a bright and airy feel. There are the usual food outlets, toilet facilities and shops.

Very busy services.There is a good choice of food and drinks e.g McDonalds, Costa etc... Plus a Spar so you can buy some essentials. The queues at the food places were long.It's not cheap - these places never are - but it was clean.Toilets were busy but fairly clean.
Typical Motorway services. As with all motorway services expect inflated prices on pretty much everything. But these are the prices you pay for the convenience of not having to leave the motorway I suppose. The toilets are clean and there are still plenty of hand gel stations around. It does get busy in here so just be prepared to wait for food if you want any
