We went for a lovely lazy let-someone-else-do-the-work Boxing Day lunch and the whole experience was wonderful. Drinks first in the bar because we chose to wait there until our meal was on the table, and when we went through for our succulent roast beef we were pleased with the busy but not too noisy atmosphere. Lovely pub , food was excellent. Staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. An excellent gluten free menu and they even made a gluten free fish pie especially for one of my group . Couldn’t have been more accommodating. Will definitely be back .
