Not a bad set up but the ladies loos are not good. Several toilet doors had broken or missing locks. The taps don't stay on for long enough to wash the soap off your hands. However the Leon fast food place is really good.

Toilets were dire! Appalling, filthy and absolutely stunk. Rubbish all over the floor, no toilet roll in any of the loos, dirty seats and doors. Could not get out of there fast enough. No need for that at all.

This is my defacto stopping Place on my journey south. Always loads of parking, shops and station itself always well presented and tidy.The only negative is it seems to be in a phone dead spot, but as they have free WiFi, it's almost irrelevant :)

One of the better motorway service stations on offer. The shops cater for pretty much everything you are likely to need on a road journey in the UK, the food shops have the usual motorway food-fayre plus a little bit more which was a refreshing surprise.Only gripe, if any, are the loo's which could do with a bit more care. Having said that they are definitely one of the cleaner places on the road network here.

What can we say about a motorway service station they are all the same of course you get different companies serving food and drinks newspapers and everything else some better than others especially with the food such as Strensham Three of us called plus a dog meaning we had too sit outside so we had Two pasties and Two sausage rolls we threw One away I ate most of mine and the Two sausage rolls were also eaten almost the dog was given some but he wouldn't eat it, these items were brought from a kiosk outside the entrance we did complain but when we arrived at our destination we were all ill of course the problem is it tarnishes the whole visit, and our last.

A lovely variety of food and shops. However, wish there was a cheaper more affordable shop with more options. As the spar here did not have a big selection so weren't able to get the food we wanted

As service stations go, this is pretty nice.Loads of parking and an airy spacious feel inside. Plenty of sanitising stations and a very clean appearance.As for selection there is open to choose from even a gluten free takeout. All in all we recommend Roadchef Strensham as one of the better service stations.As with most services, the toilet facilities always seem to be on the far side of the building from the entrance.
They literally laughed in my face when I asked for my staff discount and proved I worked there. Really rude. We'd never do this at my store, poor customer service.

Can't stsnd Costa. Kills all good local coffee shops and cafes. The death of good café s Utterly bland sawdust food. A scurge on our motorways and every dam hotel that usrs its bland coffee. Multinational horror
