The place suffers massively from underinvestment and as a result looks awful. Staff morale is clearly very low and lots of training needed as many mistakes were made. Makes for a terrible visit; but you can’t blame the counter staff. Very weird that If there is no self serve screen free you can’t order at the till… unless you pay cash. It’s bizzare because staff just stand there watching you queue with a till in front of them.

Not sure if I have ever been to burger king before but I'm unlikely to be here again. Ordering process is not easy and the machine did not produce a receipt. The food was just about adequate but not good enough to make me want to return.
