Where do I start? !! So it was the kings coronation and from the moment we arrived we were given complimentary sausage rolls, wraps, muffins and donuts, not what I expected from a local hostelry but I went along with it because thatās what you do on a day like today. If I could love a pub more I would. Kenneth and the staff are warm and friendly, brilliant rugby pub and I believe people visit it to watch millionaires kick a round ball around on the grass and then fall down, I don't see it catching on as a sport in all fairness ?. We didn't book so ended up drinking under an umbrella outside in the rain! Table service was good and the Tribute tasted as it should. Staff were friendly and welcoming and prices were sensible. Next time we'll book and get to experience the inside. Everything covid secure too.
