I've had the opportunity to visit Bedford on a number of occasions over the last 2 years. On each occasion I have stayed at The Verve , usually for 2 or 3-nights at a time. On every visit I have been met by friendly professional staff who are very attentive. Rooms and beds have been very comfortable, clean and quiet. I travel a lot for work and stay in all kind of hotels frequently, and I have to say that my 2 nights at Verve Bedford (18th & 20th) were the best I’ve had in a long time. Welcoming, helpful, and professional staff, clean rooms, incredibly thoughtful items provided in the room, wifi good enough to use zoom for work, and good quality hairdryer (makes a change from those nasty hot-smelling ones hotels usually provide). The staff were very helpful and kept rooms tidy. I stayed with my partner for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Close to town centre and worth it for the price? Drinks had a wide selection in the bar which was good aswell
