The car park and building have a dated, soulless aesthetic, while the sauce dispensers often remain empty, requiring customers to interact with staff to obtain condiments. Despite these issues, one employee, a kind and accommodating morning worker, stands out for her excellent customer service and recognition of regular customers. Another worker, Layla, also provided great service that left a customer and their family smiling. Overall, the experience at this McDonald's location can be hit-or-miss, with both frustrating and pleasant encounters.
