This motorway services was half way on our journey. We were thrilled to see Costa! The drive through was closed, so we went in and was pleasantly surprised to see the place has clearly been updated recently, looking smart and clean. The app worked for my sister who ordered ahead, whereas I preferred to order in person. Unlike a lot of motorway services, Costa accepted my loyalty points (called Beans) for me to redeem a free drink. I had a hot chocolate and bought myself a tiffin....read full review

I have never visited a Costa as good as this - the staff, three of them were courteous welcoming and helpful. We felt our custom was welcomed and valued. This was 10.05 on September 19th. Congratulations to you all.

I used the south bound Costa here today. It was really busy, but the young lady Keneisha serving was really quick, polite and a delight to speak too. The fajita toasted wrap was delicious and it's reasonably priced.
