We popped in here for a coffee before my partner's hospital visit, and we were served by Marlena and Lavinia, who were both delightful and made the visit there feel extra welcoming and all the more special.
Great service. I tried to order coffee with a reward (free slice of cake between 1200-1500) but was 15 mins late so the till automatically declined it. No fault of the staff. Sat down with just my coffee but five mins later the staff brought me a free slice of cake on the house! It was very nice touch which they didn’t have to do, so was impressed at this.

Staff are amazing and work so hard under pressure. I Hope this is recognised by the owner as its not an easy job sometimes and they deserve some credit for rude customers and busy times. Excellent store all round.
