If you were born before 2000, you'll remember the old school Chinese takeaways. The Royal Ascot is that but better than you remember. Have ordered twice now via deliveroo, food is always on time and hot. Everything is delicious highlights include; salt & pepper prawns, chicken & sweetcorn soup, lemon chicken, Singapore noodles, crispy chilli beef.. I could go on.Delicious food that always arrives hot!
Used to be great, we've stopped going here despite it wing at the end of the road. They've put the prices up (understandable) but massively reduced the portion sizes! Paid £8.50 for what looked like half a piece of cod, £8.50 without chips BTW! Just can't justify spending around 30 quid a time on fish & chips for 2 only to be left hungry.
