I recently visited this place and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a distressing incident. Despite feeling unwell, I politely requested access to the restroom, only to be denied by the staff.This lack of understanding and compassion left me deeply disappointed. A long wait to get a click and collect order, but when it arrived it was excellent. Shop is clean and well kept. Location let's ot down as it is set in a run down area of Bracknell. Car park outside allows you to keep an eye on your car whilst inside.

Went for lunch, sat down & asked for menu, no the only menu is the overhead one in the takeaway section, one of us is wheelchair bound so not ideal! Fish & chops arrived, freshly cooked & very nice but the only 'cutlery' are tiny wooden knife & fork, impossible to enjoy the meal with these so suggest bring your own!
