Popped in here on a Sunday to get a bite to eat and was not disappointed.Both had burgers and they were really good along with some jalapeño poppers.Excited to see they now do roast dinners so will have to come

Most improved pub 2022 and best pub 2023 awarded by SE branch of CAMRA. Not been to the Pippin in 50 years because it was so rubbish. Obvs now improved so had to check it out. Excellent Winter Wonder from Butcombe and Roasted Nuts from Rebellion. £5 a pint. Friendly young barman. Didn’t eat this time but the £10 lunch menu was seen to be popular with groups of the ‘older crowd’.

Had my Dads 60th birthday party here, what a night we had! Fantastic venue, amazing food and really lovely friendly staff. Would highly recommend for any family occasion/party.
