Food not very hot, only two staff members on duty so they were rushed off their feet!Food order correct but had no mayo.No veggie option unless you like fake chicken or fake beef - bring back the spicy bean burger please!Thankfully other equally overly expensive food outlets were open so I ended up paying nearly a fiver for a sandwich!

Turns out I also forgot about the horrendous service! 25 minutes for "fast food".With McDonald's I can eat and be back on the road in 20 minutes, but this has now turned into an unnecessary 40 minute stop in an already long journey.I'll be bearing this in mind next time I fancy a BK...
