Large room.Basic, but equipped with essentialsBathroom was nice but Unfortunately, not able to use shower as water was scolding,working through all temperature setting.The sink didn't hold water,so even washing was a challenge and plug then stuck in sink.Toilet unfortunately had stains at the back of the pan which was a shame as rest of bathroom was spotlessly clean and shiny.Left my number & email in the hope to hear back from manager..as yet nothing.Breakfast looked good and...read full review
A friend and I stayed here recently for one night, occupying two rooms. Breakfast was included and we also had the carvery dinner. Whilst the accommodation was adequate, it was certainly no more than that and, at £105 per room, frankly disappointing. The premises are extremely dated and long overdue for refurbishment, particularly the carpets. Good size double bed and room all of which was clean and tidy.Excellent value buffet style cooked breakfast was good but perhaps should have been hotter.On the negative side we both thought the bed was extremely hard and it disturbed our sleep.Noteworthy details: Good value and comfortable if you don't mind a hard bed
