Warm welcome from staff, booked a table. Nice atmosphere and decor food was well presented and very tasty, first time trying authentic German cuisine, would certainly return to try other food on the menu as we made a faux pas by ordering a Jagerschnitzel and Classic Schnitzel each, they were so big we could of shared one between us. Had a wonderful evening with my wife. Great atmosphere and food was yummy.Not you average British fayre… felt like I was back on holiday in Europe. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to relax , chat , have a few beers or tuck into great food!

Nicest place I've found in Reading while visiting for work. Great beers, nice atmosphere and staff. Food very good, but they could be a bit more ambitious in the dishes offered, but what they offer is really nice.
